Service and payment information

UnPack helps users review and prepare native WhatsApp exports in a browser-local workspace. Importing, reviewing and configuring evidence are free. An export unlock covers Print / Save as PDF and Save Evidence Package for the imported chat. There is no account or cloud storage subscription.

The current payment integration operates in Lemon Squeezy test mode; no real payment is collected in test mode. For paid transactions when enabled, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record. The applicable price and currency are shown before checkout, with any applicable tax confirmed at checkout. Export access begins after payment confirmation and successful unlocking.

The Terms of use explain immediate access, refund exceptions, repeat exports and saved package access. A shared package restores export access only while its payment receipt verifies as valid. Payment confirmation does not authenticate the evidence. Keep your transaction records, original source and saved package independently.

Independent product

UnPack is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. or their affiliates. WhatsApp and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Evidence preparation and its limits

UnPack is a renderer and presentation tool, not a law firm, forensic certification service or source of legal advice. It does not authenticate evidence, determine message authorship, certify chain of custody, or guarantee admissibility or evidential weight.

A SHA-256 hash identifies file bytes. It does not by itself establish authenticity, provenance, authorship or admissibility. Presentation choices, including participant placement, date filtering and telephone-number masking, do not alter these limits. Review your source and output before relying on, filing or sharing them.
